Hello, and welcome to my FootNotes website!
I'm Debi and I'm a dancer. I love to dance. It's a part of my heart. I love to share what I know with others and help them learn to enjoy dance for themselves. I've tried quite a few different types and styles of dance through my lifetime, and so far.... I like it all!
My belief is that dance can be shared with anyone that's interested, and if something is broken down to its lowest common denominator, almost anyone can learn almost anything, regardless of "level" of dance or ability. Of course, there are some physical limitations that can come into play, but given a chance, people can do just about anything you challenge them to do.
With that in mind, one of the things I enjoy doing as a challenge to myself, is to break down steps and movement into a written description. That's where my talent for creating step sheets comes into play. Experience has taught me that most choreographers do not enjoy the process of the write up, and that's where I can help. Please, let me ease your frustration and be your step sheet guru. {:O)
